Jobs are being offered by the Government of Sindh for all the eligible candidates. 10 vacancies for each, trainer and instructor, are available. All these jobs are on contracts for three years and the interested candidates must give a test for its skills in the relevant field.

The eligibility criteria for the trainer posts include: non-commissioned army officers (on-duty officers of Army, Navy and Air force, OR 2010 retired officers.), candidates who have the experience of SSG services, candidate who have provided his services as a trainer in any technical training centre. Pay for the trainer will be 45,000 per month along with other privileges.

The eligibility criteria for the posts of instructors are as follows: minimum metric qualification (candidates with experience will be preferred.), candidates who know driving, martial arts, weapon handling, physical awareness, English language, leadership skills, swimming, bomb disorder and IT. Pay of instructor will be 40,000 per month.
The document which the applicants have to attach with their application forms include; attested copy of CNIC, domicile, experience letter, attested copies of academic certificates, attested copy of PRC letter, attested photocopy of discharge certificate. The last date to apply is 2016.
