National University of Medical Sciences is the university that conducts examinations for entrance in any medical university. Each year thousands of students apply for the test and try their luck for the admissions in any good medical university. The test is for government universities.
Recently the university has announced the test dates for the admissions of 2020. The National University of Medical Sciences is likely to conduct the admission test on the dates of the following on
the 7th of August and the second test will be conducted on the 18th of September.
National University of Medical Sciences has announced an entry test schedule for admissions to MBBS and BDS programs for following colleges
- Army Medical College, Rawalpindi
- CMH Medical College, Lahore
- CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences, Multan
- Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences, Quetta
- Wah Medical College, Wah Cantt
National University of Medical Sciences will conduct a test for the following programs;
- BSc Honors ( 4 Years Degree Program in Medical lab Technology & Cardiac Per-fusion)

Minimum 60% marks both in Matric and HSSC / equivalent examination.
FSc (pre-medical) students may apply for the NUMS entry test on the basis of FSc Part-I result but an F.Sc certificate or Detailed Marks Certificate shall be required for admission confirmation.
A-Level and other streams students may apply on the basis of O Level (SSC) or equivalence certificate issued Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) office but confirmation of their admission will require A-Level (HSSC) equivalence certificate.

Biology 70 Marks
Physics 45 Marks
Chemistry 45 Marks
English 20 Marks
There shall be no negative marking in the test.
